The flat wall light mount
This mount positions the socket perpendicular to the wall, with the bulb facing forward. This allows a flat wall light (braided flower, fan, openwork panel) to be centered on the socket and remain flush against the wall, fully deployed. The light then passes through the fiber from the front and traces its pattern onto the surrounding wall.
For what type of wall light
This mount is designed for flat lampshades with a hole in the center that slide onto the socket: our flower-shaped models and all of our flat braided panels. It is not suitable for voluminous, cylindrical, or cubic lampshades, which require the bulb to be placed inside.
The lampshade must be pierced in its center with a 4 cm diameter hole: it slides onto the socket and is then secured by screwing the ring back on. This is the standard mounting method for E27 ring lampshades.
Two models, two uses
The standard version, with a 14.5 × 2 cm plate, is intended for wall use with light, natural fiber wall lamps. The reinforced version, with a 19.5 × 4 cm plate in thicker steel, supports a significantly higher load and can be fixed to both the wall and ceiling to hold a pendant light where no connection point was previously planned.
Standalone or ready-to-plug
Choose the bare mount if you already have a socket and cable. Choose the complete version to receive an E27 socket, 2-meter black twisted textile cable, plug, and inline switch. You fix it in place, plug it into an existing outlet, and your wall light turns on.
Indoor use only. Connections must be made while powered off. Maximum recommended power: 40 W. Since the bulb remains visible in front of the lampshade, we recommend using a low-power LED filament bulb.
Hand-forged
Each mount is individually crafted by our artisans in raw steel with a matte black finish. Electrical components are sourced from European manufacturers compliant with CE standards.
