At COSYDAR-DECO, each item is carefully selected to enhance your interior. However, if you wish to return an item, we will guide you through the process simply and transparently.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return, without having to justify your decision. Once your withdrawal has been notified, you have an additional 14 days to return your item to us.

Once your request has been validated by our teams, you can proceed with shipping your package.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• You are free to choose the carrier of your choice.

• ⚠️ Returns to pick-up points are not accepted. Please ensure the package is shipped for home delivery or direct deposit.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipment to guarantee the proper receipt of your package. COSYDAR-DECO cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund

After receiving your returned package, we will process the refund within 7 days, using the payment method used for your order.

This refund includes the price of the item as well as the initial standard delivery costs. If you chose a faster or premium delivery option, only the additional cost corresponding to that option remains at your expense.

You are only liable for any depreciation in value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. If applicable, the reimbursed amount may be reduced accordingly.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items custom-made or personalized according to your specifications (including linen textiles cut to your dimensions, custom curtains, and headboards made to order).
