At COSYDAR-DECO, every piece is carefully selected to enhance your interior. Should you wish to return an item, however, we are here to support you through the process in a simple and transparent way.

Return period

You have 14 days from the delivery of the last item of your order to notify us of your wish to return it, without having to justify your decision. Once your withdrawal is notified, you have an additional 14 days to ship your items back to us.

How to initiate your return?

After submitting your request, prepare and ship your package to the return address indicated below.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

You are free to choose the carrier of your choice.

Returns to pick-up points are not accepted. The package must be delivered directly to the return address indicated above.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe receipt of your package. COSYDAR-DECO cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund

Upon receipt of your returned package, we will process the refund within 7 days, using the payment method used for your order.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item. If applicable, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to measure or personalized according to your specifications (notably linen textiles cut to your dimensions, made-to-measure sheer curtains, and headboards made on request).
