Preparation & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Methods & Costs

🇫🇷 Metropolitan France

⚠️ Parcel Shop is for standard items only. It is not available for bulky items (furniture, poles, racks, large baskets...), which are delivered to your home or by appointment.

The choice of relay point is made after payment.

🇪🇺 European Union (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, and other EU countries)

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

As the United Kingdom is outside the European Union, your order is subject to UK VAT and any local taxes, which are your responsibility. COSYDAR-DECO covers the customs clearance fees; only VAT and local taxes remain to be paid by the recipient according to current regulations.

🇨🇭 Switzerland

As Switzerland is outside the European Union, your order is subject to Swiss VAT and any local taxes, which are your responsibility. COSYDAR-DECO covers the customs clearance fees; only VAT and local taxes remain to be paid by the recipient according to current regulations.

🏝️ Islands (Balearics & others)
Delivery within 6-8 days: €59. A surcharge may apply for more remote islands.

Geographical Surcharges

Certain destinations incur an additional transport cost, added regardless of the order amount (including for free delivery):

• Corsica: +€20
• Mountain areas: +€7
• European Islands: +€100

📦 Bulky Items (Furniture & Large Formats)

Bulky or heavy items are shipped via our partner DACHSER, with delivery by appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange a date and time slot. Delivery is to your home or building's doorstep (without carrying upstairs or installation). Costs are indicated for each product at the time of order.

Please ensure that access allows for delivery (door width, elevator, etc.) and that someone is present at the scheduled appointment.

Order Tracking

An email with your tracking number is sent to you upon shipment. You can track your package via the provided link or from your customer account. Delivery times start from the shipping date (not the order date); they are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Damaged or Undelivered Package

In case of a damaged package or if not received within the timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@cosydar-deco.com. For a damaged package, please keep the original packaging and attach photos of the package and products — this will expedite the processing of your claim.
