PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

SHIPPING METHODS
COSYDAR delivers to most European countries , with the exception of the United Kingdom (which will be available at a later date).
Our delivery zones are organized as follows:

Metropolitan France
• GLS Pickup Point: Delivery in 2-3 business days - €5.90. Collection at a Pickup Point® or a Voisins-Relais. The GLS Pickup Point is selected after payment of the order.
• GLS BusinessParcel: Delivery in 2-3 business days - €11.90. Home delivery
• GLS FlexDelivery: Home delivery - €14.90. Home delivery in 24/48 hours with delivery alerts by email and SMS, with the possibility to independently modify the delivery: different location, different date, GLS Relay.
• Free delivery: Delivery is free for all orders over €150 in mainland France.

Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Denmark :
• GLS Pickup Point: Delivery in 4-5 business days - €15.90. Collection at a Pickup Point® or a Voisins-Relais. The GLS Pickup Point is selected after payment of the order.
• GLS FlexDelivery: Delivery in 4-5 business days - €19.90. Home delivery
• Free delivery: Delivery is free for all orders over €199

Switzerland (3-5 business days)
• GLS Business Parcel, Shipping cost: €39.00
• Customs information for Switzerland: COSYDAR covers the customs clearance fees. However, Swiss VAT and any other applicable local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly upon delivery or according to the terms of the Swiss customs service. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website.

The Islands (6-8 working days) : Balearic Islands
• Shipping costs: €59

The Islands (8-10 working days)
• Additional charge for islands in other countries: €100, in addition to standard shipping costs

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic
• GLS Pickup Point: Delivery in 5-7 business days - €29.90. Collection at a Pickup Point® or a Voisins-Relais. The GLS Pickup Point is selected after payment of the order.
• GLS FlexDelivery: Delivery in 4-5 business days - €29.90. Home delivery
• Free delivery: Delivery is free for all orders over €299

DELIVERY OF BULKY ITEMS
For bulky or particularly heavy items, COSYDAR uses the services of the carrier DACHSER. This specific delivery method requires prior appointment. Delivery will be made to the entrance of your house or building (no deliveries to upper floors). The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time slot that suits you. Please note that for this type of delivery:
• A person must be present at the address provided for the scheduled appointment.
• It is your responsibility to verify that access is sufficient to allow delivery (door width, elevator, etc.)
• Unpacking and installation are not included in this delivery service

ORDER TRACKING
An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in this email or by logging into your account on our website.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times indicated are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. COSYDAR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control.

The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated during the payment process based on your delivery address and are displayed in your order summary before final confirmation.

PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED OR DAMAGED
If you have not received your package within the expected timeframe or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at the following email address: contact@cosydar.com
For damaged packages, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the package and damaged products to facilitate the processing of your claim.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• During periods of high activity (sales, end-of-year holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
• COSYDAR reserves the right to change its shipping rates at any time.

RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European legislation on distance selling, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the items to us.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service by email at contact@cosydar-deco.com, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will provide you with the detailed procedure and the appropriate return address (located in France or Spain depending on your location)
3. Carefully pack the items in their original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship your package to the address provided
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

REFUND
Once we receive your return at our facilities, our team will inspect the returned items. If the return conditions are met (items unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging), the refund will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your purchase.
