Wire up a pendant, a wall sconce or a lamp with our electrical kits and twisted fabric cables, in black, gold, linen ecru or natural jute. All our components are CE-compliant, and our ceiling roses are hand-woven from the same fibres as our lights.

How to wire your light?

You have a ceiling electrical outlet: choose our 1.50 m pendant light cable with E27 lamp holder, to connect directly.

No ceiling outlet: our plug-in electrical kits 2 m, 3 m or 4 m plug into a simple socket. The switch is supplied unfitted, so you place it at the height you want. The solution for a pendant on a wall bracket, a hook or a floor stand.

For a woven wall sconce: our forged steel wall bracket hides behind the shade. If there is already a wall outlet, add an E27 lamp holder with ring; otherwise, add the 3 m kit.

Lamp holder with ring or smooth?

All our kits come with either. The ringed lamp holder screws on and holds the shade or bracket by its fixing ring: wall sconces, lamps, pendants with a ring. The smooth lamp holder suits our woven pendants without a ring. With the gold cable, the ringed lamp holder is gold and the smooth one is black.

Which cable length to choose?

• 1.50 m: standard ceiling (2.40 to 2.70 m), wired to the ceiling.
• 2 m: table lamp or wall bracket close to a socket.
• 3 m: most pendants and wall sconces plugged into a socket.
• 4 m: distant socket, high ceiling, or a pendant hung from a floor stand or lamp base of 150 cm and more.

Hand-woven ceiling roses and power strip covers

Our ceiling roses (Ø 9 cm, in rope, raffia, palm leaf or alfa) come with lamp holder and cable, for a neat finish from ceiling to bulb. Our power strip cover boxes, designed by Cosydar, tidy and hide cables and power strips on a desk, on the floor or behind a console.

Lamp holders, switches and cable by the metre

To build your own light or replace a part: black E27 lamp holders or brass ones, in-line or foot switches, plugs, and 2 × 0.75 mm² twisted fabric cable sold by the metre.

How do I install a pendant light without a ceiling outlet?

Which bulb for a natural fibre shade?

A warm white (2700 K) E27 LED: it stays cool and gives the fibre a golden glow.

Are the kits compliant?

Is the switch fitted?

No, it is supplied separately so you can place it at the height that suits you on the cable.
